In the weekend of May 31th and June 1st 2008, the 8th World Championship Football tournament of Amsterdam will be played. Now, for the first time, there will be a special competition for women and girls. Women Win is very pleased with this news and collaborates with the organization to spread the word.
The players team up with others from their country of origine, and wear the colours of their national team. Last year around 18.000 people visited the Championships in sports park Middenmeer, in the east of Amsterdam.
