As programme
director, Cindy Coltman is responsible for all programmes, fellows and impact
measurement. Cindy Coltman recently made a career switch from the corporate to the non profit sector. In the last year, she was head of operations at Aflatoun, a social enterprise that promotes social and financial education for children in developing countries. Prior to that, Cindy Coltman worked for 10 years with Nike EMEA, in various strategic planning and finance roles. In more recent years she focused on business development in the women’s fitness and football businesses.
