Astrid Aafjes - Executive Director Women Win

 

Background:
Astrid Aafjes is the founder and Executive Director of Women Win. After she graduated from Law School in 1994 she lived in the USA, Cambodia, China and the Netherlands where she worked for large international (UN) organizations and local human rights organizations.

Throughout her career and academic study Astrid focused on gender and human rights. She has gained extensive experience on building a strong innovative and sustainable women’s fund with a core business of raising funds and supporting groundbreaking women’s groups worldwide.
