Women Win is very excited to announce that Cindy Coltman started to work for us this week as programme
director. She will be responsible for all programmes, fellows and impact measurement.
Cindy Coltman recently made a career switch from the corporate to the non profit sector. Until now, she was working atAflatoun, a social enterprise that promotes social and financial education for children in developing countries. At Aflatoun she was head of Operations for the last year. Prior to that, Cindy Coltman worked for 10 years with Nike EMEA, in various strategic planning and finance roles. In more recent years she focused on business development in the women’s fitness and football businesses. While at Nike, she was also very
involved in a women’s diversity network, supporting younger women in
developing their potential.
