Win-Win Strategies (WWS) works with and for companies, women’s funds and organisations, and others in support of sustained women’s economic empowerment (WEE).
Our services are centered on creating meaningful partnerships and practical initiatives that work for women and for business. Learn more about our tailored services and contact us for more details on working together.
Consultation and Technical Assistance
We consult with and coach women’s funds and organisations, helping them to strengthen their internal systems and processes and build their capacity to partner, communicate, and collaborate with corporations, as well as assisting them with cross-sector partnership opportunities. Furthermore, our expert team of advisors provides support to companies and other entities on topics including but not limited to: WEE strategies; industry best practices and benchmarks; integration of a building block approach to WEE programmes (e.g. within the design, development, and delivery stages); on-ground partnerships; implementation challenges; and monitoring and evaluation.
Training and Workshops
Through our impact-driven boot camps, online learning opportunities, and trainings, we engage women’s funds and organisations via interactive, intensive sessions designed to build knowledge, capacity, and confidence for corporate engagement. We also develop and facilitate customized, highly interactive trainings and workshops focused on supporting companies and other entities to level set WEE knowledge and/or embed a building block approach to WEE throughout a team.
We deploy our proprietary diagnostic methodology to help companies assess corporate contributions to WEE across the value chain – for a unit, geography, or whole business.
We design and/or adapt programmes and initiatives focused on WEE throughout the value chain. Our co-design process incorporates a company’s goals, objectives, and priorities with our expertise and the voices of each initiative’s end users.
We provide support services on key programmatic topics that are particularly important to corporate partners, including monitoring and evaluation, research and reporting, and programme audits.
Through our deep relationships with women’s funds and grassroots women’s organisations across the globe, we support initiatives by identifying and engaging the most effective local women’s organisations and women’s funds as partners in building corporate WEE strategies and programmes.
Grant Management and Fiscal Sponsorship
We (re)grant and manage funds aimed at local implementers of WEE programmes for a variety of corporate actors. In the process, we conduct rigorous due diligence, liaise with partners, and provide customized reporting with data-driven insights.
Win-Win Strategies has teamed up with Gap Inc.’s P.A.C.E. (Personal Advancement and Career Enhancement) programme to empower one million women and girls by 2020. As one of five NGO licensees of P.A.C.E., we engage with partners from different sectors – corporate, government and NGO – to make this a reality. Our work includes facilitating partnerships between companies and local women's organisations to provide P.A.C.E. in community settings around the world, designing training materials for facilitators, as well as delivering the new P.A.C.E. curriculum for adolescent girls.
