Bronwyn Wainwright
Bronwyn joined Women Win in 2023. As People and Culture Manager, Bronwyn focuses on enabling and supporting Women Win’s exceptional team players. This covers aspects such as culture, organisational development, leadership development, learning, recruitment, and HR operations. She enjoys challenging internal ways of work as much as we aim to challenge and change the status quo in the broader society.
Bronwyn has a background in communications and management across a wide range of industries, focusing on HR over the past five years. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Communication specialising in Journalism from the University of Johannesburg. A central topic in much of her work has been the pursuit of a world that works for all. Through this Bronwyn has been exposed to different styles and approaches to building teams and cultures, and she experienced first-hand the challenges faced within each.
Born and raised in South Africa, and now living in the Netherlands with her family, Bronwyn takes every opportunity to experience the world. She is an avid traveller, runner and adventurer who lives by the motto that “a day spent indoors is a day not lived.”
