Harjanti joined Women Win in 2022 as a programmes coordinator for the Advisory Services workstream, which aims to advance feminist, democratized and decolonized practices in the funder-ecosystem by creating purposeful practices that can be replicated globally.
Harjanti previously worked at Mama Cash in their philanthropic partnerships team, where she cultivated and managed partnerships with institutional donors. She is also part of the board of Het Actiefonds, a global activist-led participatory fund funding direct action for social, economic and environmental justice. In the past, Harjanti worked on supporting the realization of young people’s sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR) and promoting youth-friendly funding models and meaningful youth participation in international development. She holds a Masters in Gender Studies from Utrecht University.
With her work at Women Win, Harjanti hopes to contribute to building strong and intentional partnerships that move more money directly into the hands of feminist movements and, ultimately, help sustain and support their crucial activism for a more fair and just world.
