Mercy Nicole Ayunga
Mercy joined Women Win in September 2023 as a Learn Intern. She is based in Kisumu, Kenya. She has experience in monitoring and evaluation, programme support and research.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Development Studies and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Research and Public Policy at Maseno University. Mercy has a zeal for Financial Literacy which she sees as an important tool for youth and women’s economic empowerment; which is one of her areas of interest.
In her free time, she likes reading novels, taking nature walks, catching up on sitcoms and doing artistic activities like bottle decors. Her favorite part of the day is watching sunsets which makes her feel calm and peaceful.
