Félicienne is a former professional football player who joined the Women Win team in August 2018, as Programmes Specialist. Félicienne started playing football at the age of five, when she joined a local boys’ team in The Hague.

After graduating secondary school, she spent two years in England, playing for Arsenal Ladies, before signing with FC Twente in 2008, where she played for six seasons in the Dutch National league, BeNeleague and European Champions league. She also had the honour to represent the Netherlands in several youth national teams (U15, U17, U19) as well as international tournaments. In addition to playing football, Félicienne has been active as a football coach since 2009, training children and youth from various ages and social groups, in several countries and continents.

Félicienne has an educational background in Psychology and holds a Master Degree in International Development. During her Master’s degree she discovered and developed her interest in sport for development, being able to apply her lifelong passion for football within this field. Being closely involved with a social football project in Maputo, Mozambique, she has personally experienced the joy and educational value of sports programmes and their positive impact on the development of players, coaches and their communities.   

Félicienne is currently still active as a player for ZVV Den Haag Women in the Dutch National women’s futsal league, and as football coach for the young ADO Den Haag women.
