Kathleen Brenninkmeijer is the Influence Manager and responsible for partnerships within the Netherlands. She is an advocate for the organisation’s global work and aims to spur innovation and exciting opportunities through collaboration with partners in the Netherlands. She joined Women Win in 2018 as Programmes Manager with a specific focus on projects in Latin America as well as with corporate partners and global supply chains. Now as Influence Manager, she continues to manage some of these international partnerships and programmes, while also introducing a Dutch lens to our work.
Kathleen had a multi-national upbringing having lived in England, Argentina, the United States and Belgium before getting to her Dutch roots and settling in Amsterdam. She graduated from Boston College with a degree in Applied Psychology and Human Rights Philosophy, and began her career in the garment sector. Here she gained insight into many aspects of the sector, including buying, sourcing, selling, corporate social responsibility and corporate foundations. With a range of professional and international exposure, Kathleen leverages these experiences to support Women Win’s mission to empower adolescent girls around the world.
