In her role, she manages a diverse portfolio of implementing partners and programmes, as well as forming part of the Impact Team, working to implement the Women Win Impact Strategy.<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”40px”][vc_column_text]Kitty holds a BSc in Translation Studies from Aston University, in which her dissertation focused on feminist translation, as well as an MA in Gender Studies from Utrecht University, where her thesis explored the impact of sport and life skills programmes for adolescent girls in addressing gender-based violence.<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”40px”][vc_column_text]As a keen runner, Kitty has found running to be key for both her physical and mental health.
