Kitty Macklin first joined Women Win as an intern in 2018, before officially joining the team as a Programmes Specialist in May 2019. In her role, she supports the Programmes Managers in delivering high quality workshops while also managing a portfolio of local implementing partners and projects.
Kitty holds a Master’s degree in Gender Studies from Utrecht University, in which her thesis focused on the effects of sport for development programmes in addressing gender-based violence in India and Pakistan. She also holds a BSc in Translation Studies with French and Spanish from Aston University.
A keen runner, Kitty has completed many half marathons and one day hopes to run a marathon. She is also a passionate traveller and loves exploring new places.
