Enactus is a community of student, academic and business leaders committed to using the power of entrepreneurial actions to transform lives and shape a better, more sustainable world. Enactus programmes operates globally in 36 countries through partnerships with 550 companies and 1,730 universities. 

In China, Enactus established its Social Innovation Program in 2003. After 15 years of operation, and with the support and partnership of over 50 corporations, Enactus China now has 286 universities from 26 provinces or municipalities (including Hong Kong and Macau) participating in the program. These university teams have implemented 919 social innovation projects last year mainly related to the topics of environmental sustainability, rural development, women economic empowerment, energy and water conservancy. 

In 2017, Enactus China began partnering with Women Win to engage around 200 female university student coaches and 35 Standard Chartered Bank local staff to deliver the Goal Programme, which reaches over 1,630 adolescent girls with sport, play and life skills programming.
