INJAZ was founded in 1999 as a Jordanian national program with the mission to inspire and prepare youth to become productive members of their society and accelerate the development of the national economy.

Since its inception INJAZ has reached over 1.9 million beneficiaries across the kingdom, through the organization’s volunteer network and through partnerships with the public, private and civil society sectors. INJAZ has established itself as a leading solution provider, bridging the skills gap between the outputs of the education system and the changing needs of the labor market.

With support from Women Win, INJAZ started implementing the Goal Programme with 1,750 adolescent girls and young women in 2014 and has been growing ever since.
