While lots of progress has been made in recent years to improve women\u2019s rights in the sector, women workers are still facing a wide range of challenges that impede their economic empowerment and resilience. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Women\u2019s rights organisations have long been advocating for improvements in the sector but largely by working <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">against <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">companies.
