However,<\/span> <span class=\"author-15116763169\">very little information is available on WOFFs in <\/span><span class=\"author-15116763169\">Kenya\u2019s flower sector. In developing an approach<\/span> <span class=\"author-15116763169\">to boost their position in the floriculture sector, it is<\/span> <span class=\"author-15116763169\">key to have a better understanding of who they are,<\/span> <span class=\"author-15116763169\">what challenges they face, and where opportunities<\/span> <span class=\"author-15116763169\">lie for furthering the position of women-owned\/led<\/span> <span class=\"author-15116763169\">businesses in the flower sector.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span class=\"author-15116763169 font-color-000000 font-size-medium\">That is why over the course of 2021, <\/span><span class=\"author-15116763169 font-size-medium\">Workers&#8217; Rights Watch and FIDA-Kenya<\/span><span class=\"author-15116763169 font-color-000000 font-size-medium\"> conducted a research looking into the realities of women entrepreneurs in the floriculture sector in Kenya.
