She rejoined McKinsey in January 2017 after 3,5 years at Royal Dutch Shell, the world largest oil and gas company, where she served as a Chief of Staff to the Projects & Technology Director, one of the members of Shell\u2019s Executive Committee.\u00a0 Before her time at Shell, Wieteke spent 6 years at McKinsey & Company, focusing on strategic, organisational transformation and risk topics in the financial services sector.<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”40px”][vc_column_text el_class=”text-style-italic”]Wieteke obtained her MSc degree in Economics, specializing in Finance, at the University of Maastricht in 2001. She began her career in the financial markets of Tokyo and London, working on the trading floors of respectively ING Financial Markets and Credit Suisse Securities.
