Nnamdi Nwosuagwu

Nnamdi Nwosuagwu is a senior executive with over 15 years of leadership experience across financial services, fintech, and real estate. He has held senior risk and operations roles in both global banks and high-growth environments, most recently leading enterprise governance, operational strategy, and risk transformation at a fast-scaling fintech with international reach.

Previously, Nnamdi spent over a decade at Standard Chartered Bank, where he served as Executive Director, Chief of Staff, Europe & Americas. In this role, he led cross-border business initiatives, regulatory remediation programmes, and operational resilience strategies, influencing strategic decision-making at the highest levels of the organisation. His work spanned the UK, Europe, and the Americas, consistently delivering value through capital efficiency, risk oversight, and team leadership.

In parallel to his corporate career, Nnamdi is the founder and managing partner of Principality Investments LLP, a real estate investment and development company focused on sustainable, long-term value creation. 

Nnamdi began his career in the non-profit sector, holding senior finance roles at organisations such as Save the Children UK and Blind Veterans UK, where he developed a strong grounding in financial stewardship and values-led leadership.

He holds a degree in Software Engineering from Liverpool John Moores University and is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA). Known for his calm clarity, strategic mindset, and ability to lead through complexity, Nnamdi is passionate about harnessing organisational capability to drive both commercial success and social impact.
