Nnamdi Nwosuagwu is a Director of Governance in the Corporate Affairs and Brand & Marketing Function at Standard Chartered. He joined the bank in 2011 as Finance Lead for the sustainability and community engagement function where he worked for four years before expanding his role to operationalise the function’s global strategy and oversee non-financial risk governance.
Before joining the bank, Nnamdi spent 6 years in the charity sector, including roles as Financial Accountant in Blind Veterans UK and Save the Children.
Nnamdi has a degree in Software Engineering from Liverpool John Moores University, and is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
A huge passion for Nnamdi is his ability to use his numerous years of charity and communication experience to harness the power of people and organisations to make a positive impact on poverty and inequality.
