Patrice Thramer
Patrice Thramer is the Global Director of Community Impact at Nike. Her international team manages community impact and employee engagement initiatives around the world with a focus on Nike’s “backyards” in North America, Europe, and Greater China. This portfolio of work includes the WE Portal, a digital community engagement platform that enables 56,000 employees to give back to local and global causes they care about most.
Patrice’s career experience spans both the private and non-profit worlds and involving leadership roles in product creation, branding, non-profit marketing and impact evaluation, stakeholder engagement, corporate disaster response, and employee and community activation.
Patrice’s work and personal time are both guided by a lifelong commitment to coaching young women, the belief in sport as a vehicle for change and a high regard for the power of communities. With 33 years of coaching experience, she is in her fifth year guiding the Cleveland Warriors’ High School women’s basketball team.
