Alexandra Bozuwa
Alex joined the Women Win team in 2023 and now leads parts of Women Win’s participatory funds portfolio, supporting community-led grantmaking processes and ensuring resources reach grassroots organisations advancing gender justice in and through sport and play.
Alex holds a Master’s in Social Policy and Public Health, and prior to joining Women Win, spent several years working in sport-for-development. She collaborated with partners around the world to adapt and implement play-based approaches addressing adolescent sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR), HIV, and various life skills.
Alex is a passionate advocate for women’s and girls’ rights and a strong believer in the transformative power of play.
