Elitsa Popova
Elitsa joined Women Win in February 2023 as a Finance Manager. She has 6+ years of experience in finance – ranging from mergers and acquisitions financial due diligence and valuations in a Big 4 professional services firm to management reporting, budgeting and forecasting, and pricing proposals and analytics in a multinational payments company.
She holds a Master’s degree in Accounting, Financial Management and Control from Bocconi University in Milan, Italy. She is currently pursuing an ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) qualification. As a part of our team, Elitsa is passionate to apply her diverse experience and expertise to help drive positive change in the fight for women’s rights and social justice.
She lives in Sofia, Bulgaria. In her free time, she enjoys practicing creative writing, listening to music and spending time in nature. She is also passionate about environmental preservation, and strives to lead a plastic-free and zero-waste life.
