Shannon McDonald
Shannon joined Women Win in November 2021 and works as Executive Coordinator, dividing her time between supporting the Executive Leadership team and the People and Culture team. A keen traveller, Shannon is originally from Sydney, Australia and has been living in Spain for the last 4 years. Shannon has a background in social work, working with volunteers, refugees and asylum seekers.
Shannon has always been passionate about work that focuses on empowering people to make their own decisions and organisations that aren’t afraid to challenge the norm which has led her to Women Win. When Shannon is not in work mode she loves to be by the beach, hit up the gym and discover new places.
