Libbie Randolph

Libbie first joined Women Win in 2020 as a Women’s Sports Corps Fellow with Moving The Goalposts, an organization that uses football to empower girls and young women in coastal Kenya. She now works as one of Women Win’s Programmes Coordinator primarily supporting global partners through learning and resource development as well as supporting Women WW’s international exchange programmes.

Libbie has a background in non-formal education and sport for development, having completed her Master’s in International Education from George Washington University. From working with local organizations in Nicaragua, Kenya, Malawi, and Uganda, she has experience in on-field training and sport for social change curriculum development.

A former collegiate soccer player, Libbie has experienced the power of sport firsthand. Her time spent with organizations around the world that empower girls and women through sport has fueled her desire to contribute to this work on and off of the pitch. Currently based in Denver, Colorado, she spends her free time hiking, skiing, playing soccer, and enjoying the sunshine!
