Libbie Randolph
Libbie joined Women Win in 2020 as a Women’s Sports Corps Fellow placed with Moving The Goalposts (MTG) in Kilifi, Kenya. She is now the Sr. Programme Coordinator for the Leadership, Empowerment, and Play (LEAP) workstream, where she primarily supports our global partners through programme design and learning and resource development.
Prior to Women Win, Libbie has a background in non-formal education and sport for development, having completed her Master’s in International Education from George Washington University and Master’s in Commerce from the University of Virginia.
As a lifelong soccer player, Libbie has experienced the power of sport firsthand. Her time spent with organizations around the world that empower girls and women through sport has fueled her desire to contribute to this work on and off the pitch. Currently based in Denver, Colorado, she spends her free time hiking, skiing, playing soccer, and enjoying the sunshine!
