Mia Weinland
Mia first joined Women Win as a Women’s Sports Corps Fellow in 2019 with Girl Determined, an organization that uses volleyball as a tool to empower girls and young women in Myanmar.
She now works as a U.S. Programs Coordinator primarily focused on providing technical support and capacity strengthening to implementing partners and program participants, as well as supporting WW’s international exchange programs.
Mia has a degree in Political Economy from Williams College, where she played volleyball. Mia has a background in sport-based youth development, human rights, and technology for social change. In her free time you can find her hiking, biking, or scheming to plan the next great adventure!
