Manue Schach joined Women Win in 2022 and is currently working in the Equity and Inclusion in Sports team. As part of this position, she is involved in designing and delivering projects on topics such as leadership development and the recruitment of women and non-binary coaches as well as girls participants.
Manue studied political sciences and social economics with a specialisation in sport and development during which she completed research on how football works as an integrative mechanism between different populations, especially Refugee and Host communities in Europe. She previously worked in the football for good sector where she led multiple grants programmes and had the privilege to get to know, assess, guide and learn from over 500 football for good NGOs from around the globe while thriving both professionally and personally in this diverse culture of global cooperation.
She has a very pronounced sense of justice and is convinced that sport can be an ideal tool to break down barriers, challenge the status quo and help address social issues to come closer to an equal and just world she imagines

Sports have been her passion since a young age and she particularly enjoys ballet and contemporary dancing, surfing and beach volleyball.
