Katrina Arora

Katrina Arora is a Programmes Coordinator on the Women’s Economic Resilience Team, (Win-Win Strategies). She joined Women Win in September 2022 as an Intern on the LEAP team to support curriculum and programme development before transitioning to her current role in February of 2023.

She did her undergraduate degree in Sociology and Women’s studies and now holds an MSc in Reproductive and Sexual Health Research from LSHTM. Prior to returning to graduate school, she worked for the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation for 5 years in both Global Health and Gender Equality. She additionally created a Sexual and Reproductive Health Youth Education Strategy for Volta Revival Foundation alongside her work at Gates.

Katrina is dedicated to taking an intersectional feminist approach to her work, passionate about prioritizing community engagement and committed to using a gender transformative lens in the global development space. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, snowboarding, travelling to new places, and snuggling her dog.
