Clementine Klijberg
Clementine Klijberg re-joined Women Win in 2022 as Learn Director, focusing on fostering an intentional way of working that cultivates and amplifies learnings and knowledge, and drives the collective growth of our organisation, our partners and the movements in which we work.
A Women Win regular, she spent 8 years in resource mobilisation at the organisation between 2010 and 2018, for the last two years in the position of Business Development Director. After she left, she gained valuable expertise in the Environmental sector, as a programmes manager for a Dutch Sustainability start-up.
Clementine has a background in marketing and spends her spare time trying, mostly failing but always learning to coach a field hockey team of unruly 8-year olds (including her daughter).
