Michelle Barquet
Michelle joined Women Win in 2018. In her current role, she supports our cross-cultural exchange programs that address key themes such as youth leadership, conflict resolution, mitigating extremism, and social inclusion for marginalized populations in certain countries in Asia and Latin America. With a corporate background in Human Resources, Michelle also provides HR consultancy for the Netherlands and U.S. teams.
Originally from Mexico, Michelle obtained her bachelor’s degree in Organizational Psychology from the Anahuac University in Mexico City, and her Leadership Coach Certification from the University of Miami. Having grown up with very professionally-driven women role models in her family, she is especially passionate about women’s leadership and empowerment.
