Paula Brečak
Paula Brečak (she/her) joined Women Win in 2024. In her role as Senior Influence Coordinator, she manages Women Win’s communications, and coordinates resource mobilisation and stakeholder management across the organisation.
Originally from Croatia, Paula holds a BA in Social Research and Public Policy from NYU Abu Dhabi and an MA in Gender Studies from Utrecht University, alongside other (non)institutional courses in sexuality, peace studies, and feminism. She is active in educational and advocacy comprehensive sexuality education projects for youth and adults in Croatia and the Western Balkans.
Paula is dedicated to bringing queer and intersectional feminist approaches into her work and activism. In her free time, she enjoys reading fiction and fantasy, exploring the Netherlands by bike, and petting neighbourhood cats.
