Marielle Schweickart
Marielle joined the team in 2018. As Women Win’s Learn Director, she is a key driver for learning and innovation within WW’s multi-brand approach, overseeing the strategy and functions for the organization’s monitoring and evaluation, digital agility and security, and knowledge management. She also leads the exploration of climate justice in Women Win’s work.
Marielle has a background in global health and brings expertise in sexual and reproductive health and WASH. Originally from the US, she has lived in East Africa and is now based in the Netherlands.
In her spare time, Marielle supports refugees and asylum seekers in learning digital skills and finding employment opportunities in Europe. When she’s not behind a computer, you can find her running, cycling or swimming; enjoying a coffee; or finding ingredients for a new recipe to try.
