Marielle Schweickart
Marielle joined the team in 2018 and has worn many hats during her time with Women Win, giving her a broad perspective on global programmes and partnerships. In her current role, she manages Women Win’s diverse portfolio of global programme partners, supporting the delivery of impactful programmes across different contexts.
Marielle brings deep experience in monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL), alongside thematic expertise in sexual and reproductive health and water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH). She is particularly interested in using evidence, learning, and reflection to strengthen programmes and help organisations understand not only what is working but also why, and what improvements can be made.
When she’s not behind a computer, you’ll find Marielle cycling, playing footy, or getting lost in a book.
